Revell/Monogram 1:32 M4 Sherman Tank Model Kit
Features: rolling tracks, moveable turret. 6/10
Skill Level: if you are a beginner (like me) in the world of model kits, this is a great set. It took me about 2 weeks to make working an hour everyday. 9/10
Detail: as far as model kits go, it dosen't have the best detail. The outside is passible, but the inside is just an empty shell. But If you're into scratch building, you can probably make components for the interior. 6/10
Decals: pretty annoying to put on, since they really didn't stick. I just decided to take them off. 5/10
Overview: One very cool thing about this kit is that it can be made into two different versions: the eight ball version, and the hedgehog version. I made the hedgehog version, which uses sand bag protection and the hedgehog decals and hedgecutter. the eight ball version is the basic sherman tank with the hedgecutter and eight ball decals. One thing I don't like about the kit is that the hatches have to be glued in an open or closed position, so you won't be able to open or close the hatches. The figure are pretty good too, but just remember you'll have to get rid of the excess plastic on thier bodies and trust me, you'll probably have scraped off enough plastic to make another model kit. 8/10
Closing: If you're a beginner, a great model kit. If you're a hardcore modeller, pass on it. The kit gets a total of 34/50.

21st Century Toys 1:32 Sd.Kfz. 251/1 Ausf.D
My only piece of 21st century toys which is quite nice for being plastic.
Accsessories: 1 MG-34
Figures: Three figures come with this set including:
-Machine Gunner: This figure has a dark grey uniform with black straps, a black pistol holster, silver belt buckle, and brown pouch. The helmet is the typical german helmet with a tan, brown, and green camoflogue scheme. This figure also has great sculpting compared to the forces of valor figures.
-Passenger: The seated figure has the same paint scheme as the machine gunner and also has a shovel holder and a supply bundle of a sleeping bag, canteen, and whatI think are rations. He is sitting down while shooting his Karaniber-98.
-Driver: The one thing I don't like about this vehicle is that the drivers
compartment is out of view, so of course this figure is too. He does not have the
same uniform as the infantrymen, and appears to be a member of the panzer corps. He has a black belt with a pistol holster and has a grey uniform and helmet. He also has an iron cross.
Vehicle: The vehicle is an overall german grey with a waffen SS cross os the sides, hood, and back door. The hood opens up to reveal the halftrack's Maybach HL 42 6-cylinder petrol engine. The wheels and tracks roll, the back door opens, but unfortunately the wheels do not turn. The seats are painted brown and the dash board and driving compartment are painted.
Closing: Too bad that 21st century closed it's doors and that this isn't manufactured anymore. You can probably buy this on e-bay but just make sure you don't pay too much for it.
